[Use JQuery Lib with CodeIgniter] How to use it without creating a JQlib for CI?

Hello, I been research online for 2 hours, and just typed a question for almost 10min and content got cleard out bc I accidentally click a button on the posting interface lol ( I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD FIX THIS!) sry for the cap, just feel my time been wasted for such pathetic reason.

Back to real topic,

I wonder if there is way to use JQuery libary directly and interact with CI classes and functions without turning it into a JQ CI lib?
Is it bad? Why?
Is it proceedable? If yes/no, why?
How could no one is developing any new JQ lib for CI? Is there fixed page for it to download from? Tried Wiki, its outdated JQ lib.
