upgrade or not

Hi,
A client has a web app that was built on CI 1.6.3.
Would you guys say the enhancements in 2.1.3 is enough of a reason to upgrade the app to be built on 2.1.3?

I know this is sort of like a "piece of string" question, but I just wanted to get a feel for the general consensus of those who have had to do upgrades.

While I haven't actually upgraded CI myself, I do remember version 2 introduced couple of updates, mainly easier to configure application. Unfortunately I can't remember exact details, I think there was something about routing, but I do remember thinking it made my life a lot easier.

Luckily it's easy to upgrade CI, so as Jairoh_ said, keep a back up copy and have a quick look if it breaks the app or not.
