Where are the User Guides for the latest release of CodeIgniter ?

I am new to CodeIgiter. I started, like anyone to look through the user guides that are supplied with the download in the HTML format. However I was wondering where the pdf version of this would be. I have only been able to find up to version 2.1.2 of the pdf internet, but I can't find the latest version. Is this something that takes time or is only done when actual user documentation changes ? I assume 2.1.2 found here ->http://www.brandedtemplates.com/Apex/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/CodeIgniter-2.1.2-User-Guide.pdf is correct and I believe this should be fine for my purposes as a newbie, but can you please can you confirm .
