Library for modular code

I've no idea if this will interest anyone but some years back I was inspired to write some code around Niels Leenheer's Combinator script to allow for controller and method level loading of js and css.

I've found it very helpful in keeping things modular and if anyone else does that will be a bonus - details are in the github read.me

You could make propper folders regarding CI structure on github.
It will be more readable/usable.
Also you should ask moderators to move topic to 'Libraries & Helpers'.
