I absolutly agree with Narf .. thats not the way to talk together.
We all do this work for free in our rare free time and we want to keep the board clean. Rember you can also use IRC for quick questions.

Captcha tends to do more harm than good, since it becomes more and more difficult for legitimate users to get through it with each new version/implementation and, eventually, the spammers get through anyway.

The post delay goes away after a few approved posts anyway, so it's not exactly the end of the world for someone that needs a lot of help. If your requests are really time-sensitive, you probably need to pay someone for support, anyway.

The policy will stand, sorry!

Only? your lucky, I'm moderating a seo forum and... well, spam is our day-to-day.

Now, seriously, I think that at least, could be a message when post a new post saying it, or a PM when One regiter to the forum, to know it. I just has start to times the same thread because I didnt know what happended whit it, and thinking it was some issue with my net conectin, tried again...

Yes, what Penelope said. I don't remember the restriction on new users (which is completely reasonable) was made clear when I first registered.
Hey, don't work without a PHP debugger. Several free IDEs have this features built in. Two are NetBeans and CodeLobster. Without a debugger, it's like you're driving with a blindfold on -- you are going to crash!
