CodeIgniter v4.1.4 released

Greetings everyone! It's been a while since our last release, and for good reason: CodeIgniter has adopted a new coding standard! You can read more about it and check out the docs here: https://github.com/CodeIgniter/coding-standard
The team has worked hard to make this a smooth transition, so this release (v4.1.4) is a "re-style only" release - nothing to be updated in developer code (unless you want to adopt the new coding standard). We have a lot of great content changes coming in the next release, stay tuned!
A special shoutout to Paul for his hours and hours of work on creating and implementing the coding standard. No joke: hours and hours and hours! Give him some love.
