Vide, FFMPEG and Amazon S3

Well its a bit of a tall order, but i'm gonna be programming up in CI something that will:

-> Take an uploaded video
-> Convert it to an FLV with ffmpeg
-> Store it on Amazon S3

Just thought id find out if anyone has built anything already before i start?

Yes. I've developed an application running Rails on EC2 that stores data in S3. Most of the FFMPEG commands are OS calls so the web app platform shouldn't matter.

will pls fmpeg_movie class file found in wamp on window-xp because i got error as follow
"Can't open movie file funny dogs.wmv" And "Call to a member function getFrameHeight() on a non-object in C:\wamp\www\CodeIgniter\system\application\controllers\video.php on line 65"
When i am executing php.inf it shows ffmpeg is enabled where am i wrong pls help me
