problem with matchbox

I have solved the problems ... Its because codeigniter still search the controllers folder. This is my new /system/application folder structure :

/config
/controllers
/errors
/helpers
/hooks
/language
/libraries
/models
/modules
/public_area
/controllers
public_area.php
/models
tbloperation.php
/views
main.php
/views
