Has someone started to code a site like this? I've been coding a basic system for the past two weeks (two hours or so a day). I'm not the must experienced coder and my design skills suck but I'd be willing to build something like this.
I'd base it off the list of six points tonan made along with the ability to favourite an item, what the current version is. It would be easy to create a favourites list you can reference then. If it's popular I could make it so the system tells you when an author has released a new version of your favourite items and you can mark if you've updated it to the latest version.
As I said, if someone has already started this, can do it better than me (won't be hard
) or can do it quicker feel free to have a blast at it.
