CodeIgniter 4.0.0-beta.4 released

CodeIgniter-4.0.0-beta.4 launches today

This is a pre-release of 4.0.0. It is not suitable for production! (but it is pretty darn close)

Highlights:

• The Entity class has been refactored (breaking change)
  
• The Model class changing has been updated to better handle soft deletes (breaking change)
  
• The routing has been beefed up (breaking change)
  
• Fixed a number of issues & enhanced things a bit
  
  

New messages:

• Database.noDateFormat

We had hoped that we wouldn't need another beta round, but you need to be aware of the breaking changes,
so that the release candidate won't be a surprise. We are targetting the first release candidate for the end of August.
